A client needed extensive and comprehensive Due Diligence investigation and assessment of a candidate prior to appointment in a significant executive role.
Due Diligence techniques and processes were discussed with the client, and the client’s concerns, objectives and particular areas of focus were explored. It was agreed that the Due Diligence assessment should be conducted extremely widely and comprehensively to investigate all avenues fully and ensure no areas of concern existed.
A comprehensive Due Diligence report was produced and the client was briefed thoroughly on it. The report included an assessment of the risk of hiring this individual, based on a number of findings and wide-ranging insight. As a result, the client was able to confidently make a fully informed and up-to-date decision in relation to the appointment.
